I think it might just be a local problem but, nobody's avitars, banners/signatures are showing. I just get that 404 box. Could it be that it's just on my local machine because I've changed my display name the rather vague one I had before?

Sorry, fixed it. IP conflict (Unsupported TCP). Anyone having similar problems should:

Vista:
Open their Network and Sharing Center, and in the left pane, click "Diagnose and Repair". Widows should fix this, if it doesn't, contact your ISP.

XP:
Right click your Network icon in your notification area (far right on the Task Bar), click "Repair". Again Windows should fix the conflict.

9X:
No idea...
