I cruise around in both IE and firefox - in fact I'm entering this via an IE tab loaded in Firefox - because as a developer I have to use all the different browsers to ensure that people using either can view the site correctly.

My vote goes always to FF as superior browser software, but it does have it's memory leak issues that don't seem to be able to be solved yet. IE7 is light-years ahead of IE6 in terms of quality and usability, but for some reason they have not resolved everything that the entire universe was aware of in terms of IE6-specific bugs, and have introduced some IE7 specific bugs into the bargain.

do you have a link to that plug in?I use firebug a lot, I love that, is awesome trying to find snippets of html within a page (like a paypal link) especially when the css is wierd

my mobile forces works but it runs via winrar and i never had to install it. whats with that? and whats the reason for the fact that i cant see it in gamespy? I assume because its not installed but it works still, i run it off mobileforces.exe in the system folder.

Depends on his download limit. I deliver 2.2 Mbit upstream and if Axi can be persuaded it would be much faster to DL.

                    Thanks for getting back. Sniper I don't have to tell you that I don't know squat about computers so here 's the deal. I have my original CD, but there were so many mods and Add-ons that I don't know what I need to play now?
All the stuff is on line and available but I don't know what I need? What do you think I should do?         Joe

Basically nothing more then installing a plain copy of the game m8!
If you cant join in on a server, just go to http://www.mobileforces.org/files/ and download the missing map.
Most servers run "standard maps" and you shouldn't have any trouble joining tho.

I'll try to get my "@$$ out of the wagon" and make a kind of MoFoMegaPatch.exe with all the needed patching/maps/mods. Making it a kinda MoFoMegaPatch v1.0 for all to DL and use.
That way it's easier to update and even if new maps/mods arrive, additional "megapatch updates" can easily be made.
