I believe i got this before but with my wasted memory i cannot recall anything useful about it.  :{

I recently reinstalled my whole pc due to a MB switch and i have updated mofo with "the patch" and the editorfix. When i try to start up the editor it loads, giveing me the splash screen, but then i get trown out back into windows with nothing more than a standard windows error sound.

I´m currently running 2.4Ghz pentium 4 system..

Hmm, I can't think of anything that would do that.
Go into your MobileForces/system folder, and open the editor.log file in a text editor, then save a .txt file with the contents and post it here and I'll have a look at it to see if it sheds any lights on this.

Thank you for reminding me of the log file Motty. I reviewed it and found error on the mental race mod. I have a modified old mofo inifile that was created on a fully installed modded mofo. I had not yet installed the mentalrace mod on this version i´m running now.

I installed the mod and viola.. Everything works.. Thank dude..

nice work mottyman, i read this before and couldn't work anything out. good idea with the log file. what was the error you got Axi? (just out of interest for modding issues....)
